Breathe Deeply. . .


. . . Lean Back into your chair
. . . Feel all of your weight being held up by the chair.
. . . Trust the chair to hold and support you
. . . Feel the power and solidness of just sitting there.

Part Two

Breathe Again. . .

Now, quickly process what’s going on in your
Heart
Mind
Body
Soul
(honest answer)

Now, speak the most positive/feminine/powerful/serene word . . .

. . . that describes a feeling going on inside of you at this moment.

(If you’re feeling particularly negative or masculine, then keep repeating Steps one & two until you’re able to come up with a positive/powerful/serene feeling)

Part Three

Next, do this exercise in the presence of another person.

This is the Art of Advanced Leaning Back

(practice it often).

YOU’RE SHARING INNER POWER USING INTRIGUING WORDS,
YOU’RE SHARING YOUR FEMININE VISION,
YOU’RE SHARING WHAT IS GENUINELY ‘YOU’ FROM DEEP INSIDE,
YOU’RE SHARING THIS ONE VERY PRECIOUS AND EXQUISITE MOMENT . . .
All by uttering just a simple feeling from within.

not analyzing/remembering.
