CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS, HABITS & PRACTICES

You started this feminine power boot camp with the desire to fix your love life (or life in general). 

Now you’re discovering the change that’s happening is very different than you expected . . .

it’s very deep & personal.

You’re working on stopping your old habits and practicing doing things differently.

If you’re having a hard time with this process, then I invite you to turn your focus inward.

Changing on the inside means gently stripping away old habits:

stripping away habits of control
stripping away your old thought patterns
stripping away old needs that don’t work for you anymore.

These ‘inside’ changes show up as beautiful ‘outside’ results!

Practice using words and actions that genuinely reflect your honest beliefs, feelings, intentions and motivations.

 

Your new habits (outside changes) will be a practice of Expressing the beautiful changes happening inside of you through the words you use and things you do. ”  Tatia Dee

 

FOCUS:

Love is believing in yourself and being willing to try a new approach

 

PRACTICE:

Notice how open you are to change and developing new habits. 
Notice what’s underneath any resistance to change. 
Is there anything you’re afraid of?

 

JOURNAL:

How do you describe your WHY? 
What’s your motivation to change? 
What different outcome are you seeking?
