ENLIVEN

Connect with nature elements regularly by doing any of the following:

1. Spend some time outdoors
(out in the natural air)
or do some aromatherapy.

2.  Take a walk . . .
in a park,
along the shore,
through a baja,
on a mountain trail
or do some gardening
(touch the earth/flowers/trees/grass/sand).

3.  Touch the rain,
wade through water
or take a soothing bath
(engage with water).

4.  Burn candles,
smudge with sage/sweet-grass/etc.
or cook something delicious
(interact with fire).

5.  Take care of your body, soul and mind connection
with rituals,
yoga,
sports,
dancing,
exercise,
sex,
sleep,
water and/or
clean eating.
