I’m skipping the traditional year’s ritual and going straight for what I enjoy the most. I’ve made a list of four things that make me extremely happy and I’ve set goals for each one. It’s all written down in my Love List! So quite appropriately, this is about scheduling ME TIME more regularly and sticking to it!

If you have a hard time coming up with a Love List then start by getting into the details of yourself. Your hair, nails, makeup, clothing, nutrition, emotions, health, peace of mind and of course, your feelings. what could you do that would make you feel pampered?

Be authentic and honest with yourself about what you enjoy.


Create a healthy feminine lifestyle! Try to exercise at least three times a week, eat more fresh and healthy foods and get enough sleep each night.

Listen to your body and give yourself a break when you feel your physical and mental energy levels fluctuate. Adjust your schedule if that feels better.

Pick just a few goals and stick to them. Focus on what makes you feel fabulous, make that your priority and then plan the time to do it.
