February is traditionally a time of romance, connection and Love.

For Advanced Leaning Back, we experience the energy of this celebration quite often, not just in February.

So, for our Advanced Leaning Back practices, we’re going to use this time to celebrate how much better life feels now that we’re leaning back and take it even further:

Be grateful for improvements in your love/life.

Be thankful for not repeating past mistakes (anymore).

Realize how sweet it is being in your feminine energy more than your masculine.

We know it wasn’t easy, that it took dedication and a willingness to change.

In this journey of Self-Love and Self-Empowerment, let’s put together a personal list of Rules:

These are rules for yourself only.

You can change or adjust them at any time and for any reason.

These rules are specifically about you.

They’re based on what works for you, what you like and what you don’t like.

They can be used to remind you of your personal desires when it comes your dating/relationships/marriage/life.

They are your SELF EMPOWERMENT RULES personally developed and specific to your needs and life.

 

HERE’S HOW TO GET STARTED:

Consider the following questions –

What do you enjoy?
What makes you happy?
How do you want to feel like in your life?

NOW, VERY IMPORTANT – COMMIT TO SET ASIDE SOME TIME EACH WEEK TO CREATE YOUR RULES – AND GOING FORWARD – TO ACTIVELY PRACTICE THEM.
